Guest Bedroom- has a queen size bed (purchased 9/2023), a walk-in closet, dresser and 2 nightstands. The updated guest bathroom has a combination shower/tub and the laundry area with updated washer and dryer is also in this area.
Den/Bedroom- has a custom murphy bed system featuring 2 XL Twin beds and a closet. There is also a TV, printer and shelving to store any necessary work items or other personal items. This room closes off for full privacy.
This unit also has a 1 car garage that holds bikes and grill for renter use. The owner's relatives also use the garage for their golf cart. There is ample additional unreserved parking spots.
