This second floor "Veranda" is in a 2-story building with steps (no elevator) leading up to a private entrance and screened-in front porch. It also has an all-seasons lanai that overlooks signature hole 15 of the Royal golf course and one of the beautiful lakes. It has a single car garage. Heritage Palms is a beautifully maintained gated community. It has 2-18 hole golf courses, 9 pools, 3 restaurants, tennis, pickle ball, a tiki bar, and a fitness center. It is minutes away from many major hospitals and medical facilities, as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. It is also close to the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). It is a short drive from Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Downtown Ft. Myers. If you are interested in exploring other parts of South Florida, Heritage Palms is 2.5 hours from Miami, and we highly recommend the scenic Tamiami Trail. Living/Dining/Kitchen area The living/dining room area is open concept with cathedral ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open onto the beautiful lanai. The dining room seats 8 comfortably, and the living room has a sleeper sofa and a sleeper love seat - complete with linens. There is also a wet bar with plenty of storage. The large screen smart television allows access to popular streaming apps such as Netflix and Prime Video (subscriptions required). The kitchen is well-equipped and has all major appliances, including a drip coffee maker and a toaster oven. This is an ideal place for entertaining. Bedrooms/bathrooms The master bedroom overlooks the golf course and lake. It has a king size bed, two walk in closets, a large screen television, a desk/work station, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet. The guest bathroom has a combination shower/tub and is just outside the guest bedroom.
